Liriano Needs Votes
Update: The voting is over and Liriano came up just a little short. A.J. Pierzynski will be joining the rest of his team in the July 11th White Sox vs. National League game.
Liriano is trailing in the final vote to A.J. Pierzynski and that's just not right. Fortunately, you have about 6 hours (until 5pm CT) to change that. There's no limit to the number of times you can vote. If you're a Firefox user, Erik Wannebo has written a Greasemonkey script that will make voting for Liriano much quicker and easier. If you're not a Firefox user, now is a good time to download it. Following are the instructions to intall the script:
- Be sure you're using Firefox and the go install greasemonkey. Greasemonkey is a Firefox extension that allows you to add user-defined javascript files to web pages. You'll have to close Firefox and reopen it for the installation to complete.
- Go to http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/4427 and install Erik's script.
- Go to the final vote page and keep voting until the clock strikes 5:00. The script helps you out by unchecking the email subscribe boxes for you and automatically selecting Liriano on the ballot. All you have to do is enter the validation key and press enter.
