Over the past few weeks more people have arrived at this site with the search phrase “chelsea cooley joe mauer” than any other phrase. Other than a snippet that appeared in the clubhouse section recently I don’t really have any content that covers the topic. It’s not something I’m too concerned about, and I don’t really understand people’s fascination with celebrity couples, but I aim to please. So, here’s a rundown of all I know about Chelsea Cooley, who according to the Pioneer Press is dating Joe Mauer on a “semi-regular basis”.
About Chelsea Cooley
- She was Miss USA 2005, and the first Miss North Carolina to win the pageant.
- Born on October 30, 1983 that makes her 22 and about the same age as me (and Joe Mauer).
- She was one of the models on the April 12th episode of ABC’s “Deal or No Deal”.
- She’s an Atlanta Braves fan.

She actually is a Boston Red Sox's fan. Her little brother is a Braves fan.

Ms. Cooley is a lifelong professional beauty pagent contestant at the young age of 21 who is interested in fashion and celebrity appearances. Mr. Mauer has been quoted as saying that it's "not serious" and he's just "having fun" dating Ms. Cooley occasionally. Let's take him at his word and let his private life be private. It sure doesn't sound serious.
