A Sad Evening in the Twin Cities

The Twins' extra innings loss to the Royals is hardly relevant considering what was happening just a mile away after the 35W bridge collapse. I was in attendance at the game, and I must say it didn't feel right trying to enjoy a baseball game on such a somber evening.
The Twins have postponed Thursday afternoon's game as well as the ground breaking ceremony at the site of the new stadium which was scheduled to be held after the game.
