About Twins Nation
Twins Nation offers a couple areas for Twins fans to enjoy. The site offers a steady stream of Twins commentary by our team of writers. Additionally, any fan can submit public news on the site's home page. The site also offers a community forum where users can start and engage in Twins related discussions.

History
There's not much to say about the history of this site at this point. It was founded in March 2006 by Twins fan and web developer, Kris Richardson.
Purpose
Twins Nation was created to promote a stronger Twins community. As a small market baseball team, the Twins are often given an unproportionally low amount of coverage by the national media. This site is an attempt to counter that imbalance. This site's primary focus is not profit, though you may see some advertisements on the site to help cover the costs of running the web site.
Ownership, Affiliation
This site is owned and managed by Kris Richardson. This site has no affiliation with the Minnesota Twins organization or Major League Baseball.
In June of 2006 Twins Nation joined the 9rules network. 9rules is a network of blogs from a variety of categories that focuses on quality content. 9rules provides Twins Nation with a level of expert support that couldn't be found anywhere else while allowing us to maintain creative control over the content and the site itself.
